Tümmler wurde von uns als Bootbauer mit eigener Werft am Bodensee gebaut, nach den Richtlinien des Germanischen Lloyd. Der norwegische Bootstyp Colin Archer behauptete sich bereits vor 100 Jahren als Rettungsboot an der Nordsee und Atlantikküste.

Bei einer Weltumseglung und drei Atlantiküberquerungen, davon mehrere Törns mit Kleinkindern, hat sich Tümmler bestens bewährt.
Seereling 80cm Höhe: Maximale Sicherheit an Deck, auch bei schwerem Wetter.

Mittelkockpit: Grosszügiges Cockpit mit Cockpittisch, weit weg vom Wasser, vermittelt Sicherheit und ist ein zusätzlicher Wohnraum.

Rumpf aus stahlarmiertem Kunstfaserbeton: Ein gesundes Wohnklima, ohne Styroldämpfe. Keine Osmose Probleme.

Innenausbau: Geräumig grosszügig, mit viel Massivholz, Stehhöhe von 190cm,
3 Kabinen, 7 Kojen und viel Stauraum.

Küche seegangstauglich: Petroleumkocher (keine Explosionsgefahr) Backofen, Kühlbox und viele Schubladen.

Deck, Schanzkleid und Aufbau aus Iroko + Teak Holz. (Minimaler Wartungsaufwand).

Badeplattform mit integrierter Badeleiter. Optimal zum Anlanden per Dinghi.

Generalüberholung 2018: Neues Rigg, neue Segel, neue Offshore Rettungsinsel mit
50 lt Trinkwasser, neue E- Ankerwinde, CQR- Buganker (Kette 12mm), Heckanker und mehr.

The Tümmler was built by us, a boatbuilder with our own shipyard on Lake Constance, in accordance with Germanischer Lloyd guidelines. The Norwegian Colin Archer boat type proved its worth as a lifeboat on the North Sea and Atlantic coasts as early as 100 years ago.

During a circumnavigation of the globe and three Atlantic crossings—including several voyages with small children—Tümmler has proven itself to be exceptionally reliable.
80 cm high guardrail: Maximum safety on deck, even in heavy weather.

Central cockpit: A spacious cockpit with a cockpit table, well above the waterline, provides a sense of security and serves as additional living space.

Hull made of steel-reinforced synthetic fiber concrete: A healthy living environment, free of polystyrene fumes. No osmosis problems.

Interior layout: Spacious and generous, with plenty of solid wood, 190 cm headroom,
3 cabins, 7 berths, and ample storage space.

Seaworthy galley: Kerosene stove (no risk of explosion), oven, cooler, and plenty of drawers.
