• Pfäffikon SZ, direkt beim Gasthaus zum Rathaus, 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof
• Idealer Ausgangspunkt zu den Inseln Ufenau und Lützelau: kurze Anfahrt, wenig Benzinverbrauch
• Übernahme als Untermieter, unbefristet, CHF 1'900 pro Saison
• Parkplatz mit bis zu drei hinterlegten Autonummern (jährlich anpassbar), CHF 55 pro Saison
• Der Platz muss mit einem Boot belegt sein: Einwasserung spätestens 1. Mai, Auswasserung spätestens 15. November

• Engine: Volvo Penta, 140 kW, 1,500 operating hours, last service in winter 2026
• Last boat inspection (MFK): April 2026
• Spacious sun deck and bimini top
• Includes wakeboard, ropes, anchor, and life jackets

The Trailer
• Stüssi brand
• Has not been registered in recent years; therefore, the MFK must be renewed

The Storage Location
• Pfäffikon SZ, right next to the Gasthaus zum Rathaus, a 5-minute walk from the train station
• Ideal starting point for trips to the islands of Ufenau and Lützelau: short drive, low fuel consumption
• Available as a sublease, open-ended, CHF 1,900 per season
• Parking spot with up to three registered license plate numbers (adjustable annually), CHF 55 per season
• The slip must be occupied by a boat: launch no later than May 1, haul-out no later than November 15

Price: CHF 8,500 for the boat and trailer, excluding the slip!
I’d prefer to sell everything together, including the mooring, but the boat is also available separately. Price: CHF 8,500 without the mooring.
