Descriptif
Table à cartes

Description
The yacht was launched in 1979. With age, we'd like to part with her and sell her to a passionate person who will know how to pamper her.
The plans are by French naval architect Daniel Berruyer, author of the book Construction des bateaux en ciment published in 1971 by Editions Maritimes et d'Outre-Mer. He drew his inspiration from the Nova Scotia Schooners, fishing sailing ships, probably based on a proposal by American sailing enthusiast General Paine, drawn up for a nautical magazine around 1880.
The two masts are the same height, but the sailboat has a schooner-like behavior. The long hull is in excellent condition and has always been sailed in fresh water. The structure is made of shaped tubes to which concrete reinforcing bars have been fastened, sandwiched between 7 layers of carefully fastened 1 cm square mesh, all coated with a special concrete for boat hulls supplied by Bat Express in Paris.
The interior layout includes, from bow to stern :
a double cabin.
A first toilet (chemical) with storage and washbasin.
A large saloon convertible into a double berth + a single berth on the side, 12-volt TV installation.
A galley equipped with a Taylor's two-plate kerosene stove with oven, a 220-volt two-plate electric hob that can only be used in the port with electrical distribution, a double washbasin, a waste water tank, a 12-volt fridge with small freezer compartment, storage space.
Chart table
Second chemical toilet with washbasin.
Double aft cabin extending partly under cockpit.
Large aft locker under cockpit.
Large exterior cockpit.
Aft locker.
Special equipment includes :
Large aft cockpit.
Hydraulic steering wheel.
Anchor with electric guide.
Bow propeller.
Group of three independent batteries (starter, bow propeller and service).
12-volt shore charger.
Fresh water tank, approx. 100 liters. Four more in reserve to be fitted if necessary.
220-liter fuel oil tank.
Manual bilge pump.
The boat is moored in Switzerland, in the Vieux Stand harbor in Lutry on the shores of Lake Geneva. Potential buyers can rent the berth, which belongs to us.
