Rumpftechnologie
Konischer Schlauch
Das Neptvn Pro 400 Angelboot sieht nicht nur "sexy" aus, es verfügt über die effizienteste Form auf dem Markt. Die fortschreitende Verdünnung des Schlauchs in der Nähe des Bugs macht dieses Boot so aerodynamisch, dass es mit nur einem 10-PS-Aussenbordmotor die Geschwindigkeit von 40 km/h überschreiten kann.

Das Boot ist in 4 Luftkammern unterteilt: 2 Kammern für das Heck, 1 Kammer für den Bug und dem Dropstitch-Boden. Dadurch erhält es die grosse Stabilität, die Sicherheit garantiert.

Katamaran Rumpf
Wenn die Wellen das Boot berühren, teilen sie sich in drei Teile: zwei Teile ausserhalb des Kiels und ein Teil kanalisiert unterhalb des Rumpfes. Dies ermöglicht es, die Reibung auf dem Wasser extrem zu reduzieren, die Stabilität zu erhöhen und die Geschwindigkeit zu maximieren.

Innovative Verstärkungen
Entlang des gesamten Bootrumpfes verläuft eine äusserst starke Gummiverstärkung mit einem intelligenten Rillenprofil. Im Falle eines Aufpralls wird die Spannung direkt auf diese Verstärkung abgeleitet, ohne den Schlauch zu beeinträchtigen. Auch alle Logos sind aus diesem Material gefertigt. Hergestellt aus Premium-Materialien

Mehrere PVC-Schichten werden mit einem hochfesten Polyester-Grundgewebe kombiniert. Diese Schichten verleihen Flexibilität, Elastizität, Luftdichtheit und Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen mechanische Beschädigungen. Dadurch ist dein Neptvn Pro 400 abrieb-, UV- und witterungsbeständig, schmutzabweisend und unempfindlich gegen hohe Temperaturen.

Alle PVC-Teile des Neptvn Pro 400 werden nicht einfach geklebt, sondern in einem speziellen Verfahren zusammengeschweisst. Dies macht die Verbindungen extrem stabil und langlebig.

Dropstitch-Technologie
Wenn du die Steifigkeit des Neptvn Pro 400-Bodens testest, wirst du nicht glauben, dass er aufblasbar ist. Das liegt daran, dass wir einen 1000 D PVC-Fallstich mit superhohem Druck und einem maximalen Druck von ca. 1.2 bar (17 psi) verwenden.

Edelstahl D-Ringe

Luftventile im C7-Typ - Entlastungsluftventile
Das Neptvn Pro 400 verfügt über Super High Seal Ventile. Diese Art von Luftventilen wird wegen ihrer Sicherheit, Stärke und Undurchlässigkeit auch für militärische Anwendungen verwendet.

Der Ventiltwister und der Ventilkörper werden durch einen O-Ring anstelle der üblichen Nylonschnur verbunden, so dass, wenn du den Twister auf den Körper schraubst, das gesamte Ventil 100% luftdicht ist.

Im Inneren des Ventilkörpers befindet sich ein starker Luftregler. Um die bestmögliche Leistung zu erzielen, ist es wichtig, die richtige Position vor dem Aufblasen und Entleeren zu überprüfen.

Catamaran hull
When the waves touch the boat, they split into three parts: two parts outside the keel and one part channeled under the hull. This makes it possible to extremely reduce friction on the water, increase stability and maximize speed.

Innovative reinforcements
An extremely strong rubber reinforcement with an intelligent grooved profile runs along the entire hull.
