Award-winning sailing yacht, in perfect condition, fully equipped, and ready-to-go. We realized our family blue-water dream of Atlantic crossing and Caribbean sailing, with two kids (5 and 7 y.o.). We now sell our "PIPAC" because we do not expect time for long-distance sailing within the next 5 years. The Boreal 44 is the ideal sailing ship for Normandy, Brittany, UK, Irland, and Scandinavia, and for high-latitude sailing in the North and the South (doghouse, fully isolated hull, diesel owe, and air heating). The yacht is in perfect condition (still under the original warranty). She was tested, equipped for family sailing even with small kids (safety net, etc.), and optimized during two Atlantic crossings (West- and Eastwards). Her (minor) childhood illnesses were corrected. Full safety equipment, including a double autopilot (gyropilot nme), liferaft, and IdiriumGo satellite communication. Navigation software: MaxSea/Timezero. The ship is prepared for later installation of a watermaker, generator, and hydro-generator. She is sold fully equipped (detailed equipment list on request), with Hypalon tender (6 persons) and Yamaha 8CV engine. European VAT paid. NB: We will sail the yacht from Portugal (Algarve) to Normandy in the 2nd half of July.
