The Olympic is the successor to the Super Florida, designed in 1968, the year
of the Mexico City Olympics, from which it takes its name. Ideal for
Day trips and for water skiing, the boat can accommodate up to 6 people.
274 copies were produced until 1983. This specimen is in perfect condition,
ready for immediate use.

The OLYMPIC ( Description of Riva )

Introduced in 1969 to replace the Super Florida, with the same design concept as the Junior (the type can be defined as ?multi-purpose?, called ?utility? in America). So a boat with many possible uses: as a tender or for a trip with the whole family, for swimming or fishing, for water skiing or for rental. But a de luxe boat. The result of a mature design with sophisticated details, it held its own against the fiberglass competition until 1979 with just a few modifications. The upholstery was turquoise and cream, with cream corrugation. The mahogany dashboard and the VDO instruments underlined the relationship with the Super Florida. The windshield and glass were of a new type from #62 onwards. From # 147, in 1972, lever switches were installed and the starter button was protected by a rubber boot. From # 150, the Olympic used the new VDO instruments developed for the GRP Rivas and the simplified steering wheel.
